Official Highland Council lot on Bealach na Bà at the 626 m Applecross summit. The Inner Sound, Raasay, Skye and the Cuillin sit in the windshield from the gravel-and-tarmac stalls; a cairn is a few steps off the pad. Single-track C1083 from Tornapress through the hairpins, or the gentler west climb from Applecross village. Packed with coaches and photographers by day. After the last car the pass is yours from the sedan — no charger on the pad, just pavement and weather.
