The curved concrete span sits in the windshield from the east and south-east bays; west stalls look over Caolas Cumhann at Quinag’s Sail Gharbh and Sail Ghorm, and seals haul out on the skerries in season. Sedan pavement, the Queen’s opening stone and a war-memorial cairn on the same pad — no charger, no toilets on the stall. Packed with NC500 coaches and a weekend food van by day. After the last car the sea-loch and the bridge are yours from the sedan.
