Official NPS lot on Bodie Island Lighthouse Road, the banded tower in the grass. The black-and-white shaft and the keepers' house sit in the windshield from the paver stalls; marsh and the Atlantic sit beyond the fence. Sedan pavement, a modest bay, toilets at the visitor building. Smaller and quieter than the Hatteras Light lot to the south. Packed with climb tickets by day. After the last car the tower and the marsh are a long sit from the stall. Tesla Supercharger in Nags Head about 14 km north; none on this pad.
