Paving-stone municipal terrace on Calle de Don Tomás Arroyo Cardoso at the lip of Tejeda, the white village stacked in the caldera. Roque Nublo — the 80 m basalt needle — sits in the windshield over the rail, Bentayga on the far wall. Sedan pavement, marked stalls, about thirty bays, paid by the machine; a Model 3 slides in like a Clio. The old Degollada de la Goleta trailhead lot is closed and the walk is a shuttle now, so this is the Tesla pad for the rock. Coaches and almond-cake traffic fill the plaza until late afternoon. After the last bus the needle and the village lights are yours from the stall.
