Paved visitor lot on the north shoulder of Mehrangarh, Jodhpur. The Blue City and the Thar spill sit in the windshield from the stalls; the fort wall is a walk up through Jai Pol. Sedan asphalt, a fee at the gate, coaches and taxis by day. The climb is a winding hill road, no height barrier. After the last bus the sandstone and the city lights are yours from the car.
