Shaded Riverside Spot by the Isar

A peaceful spot directly by the Isar, surrounded by trees and offering plenty of shade. There are several places along this quiet access road where you can pull over and stop for a break. The road is not a main traffic route and eventually becomes a dead end for cars, but it is used by walkers, cyclists and occasional vehicles. There is also a sports field nearby, so it may be a little busier or noisier during matches or other events, especially on weekends. When we visited during the day, a few campers were already parked further along the road, so overnight stays seem to happen here as well. I personally used the spot for a daytime break and found it very pleasant, but I would expect some foot and bicycle traffic early in the morning and into the evening. A great place for a relaxed break by the river, and potentially suitable for an overnight stay if you do not mind a little activity around the area. As always, please respect the surroundings, keep noise to a minimum and leave the spot clean.
