Official Beartooth Highway rest at Rock Creek Vista Point, about 9,190 ft on US 212 above Red Lodge. Rock Creek Canyon and the switchbacks sit in the glass from the paved loop; vault toilets on the pad. Sedan pavement, a designed scenic rest, alpine road typically late May to mid-October. Day traffic on the All-American Road; after the last car the canyon is yours from the stall. Tesla Supercharger in Laurel on the way in, about 86 km.
