Official Lee County painted bays on the Sanibel Causeway islands, water both sides of the stall. San Carlos Bay and the Gulf-side sand sit in the windshield from the pull-in; you drop off the two-lane span onto the marked bays. Sedan pavement, free parking, dawn to dusk, a $6 southbound toll at Punta Rassa before the first island. Packed with kiteboards and picnic trucks by afternoon. After the last car the bay is a long sit from the stall. Tesla Supercharger Fort Myers Gulf Coast Main Street about 24 km inland; none on this causeway.
